Hair Counter V2 – Terms and Conditions

By registering for and using Hair Counter V2 via https://haircounter.net, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Hair Counter V2 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Use of the Service
Hair Counter V2 is provided to users for performing hair follicle analysis. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access to the system.

3. User Data
When using the platform, you may upload patient images and related data. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary legal consent for any personal data shared.
Uploaded data is securely stored to enable service functionality but is never shared with third parties. You retain full control over your data and may delete it at any time through your account or by contacting us directly.

By using Hair Counter V2, you also consent to the storage of original uploaded images for the purpose of training artificial intelligence (AI) models to improve the platform. These images are only accessible to authorized personnel for AI development and are not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your original images at any time.

4. Intellectual Property
All software, content, design elements, and algorithms provided by Hair Counter V2 are the intellectual property of Koray Erdogan, M.D. and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or redistributed without written permission.

5. Disclaimer
Hair Counter V2 is not a diagnostic tool and is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Hair Counter V2 or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Cookies and Tracking
Hair Counter V2 uses cookies to enhance user experience, analyze usage, and provide personalized features. By using the platform, you consent to the use of cookies.

10. Medical Notice
Calculations in Hair Counter are based on a reference Coverage Value (CV) of 5.4 and are intended to support the decision-making process. The final decision on graft extraction should always be made by the physician based on clinical evaluation. The software does not assume responsibility for medical decisions.
